1x/month: $500 (session will take about 2 hours. Program will be uploaded on training app)
8 sessions/month: 3-4: $60/person/session= $1440 or $1920

12 sessions/month: 3-4: $55/person/session= $1980 or $2640

Assessment
A 3 day educational experience! Day 1 is the physical test: Coordination, Power Output, and Physiological screening. All of this information will tell us what we are physically capable of now, what needs to be addressed, and the order it needs to be addressed. Day 2 will be broken up into what you as the client need to do on a regular basis to improve your mobility and stability. Day 3 comprises of an overview of day 2, and the warmups you need to do for everyday health, and/or for before performing activities.

Which options usually match people?
1 x/month is usually for time restricted clients, or someone who has has a training age of 5+ years. I can trust you to get things done on your own.
8 sessions is usually for developing a high level competitor, someone who needs more movement competence, or the fitness enthusiast who is a little time restricted, but wants to work with a coach on a regular basis.
12 sessions is for the fitness enthusiast, someone who NEEDS in person coaching, or a current professional competitor. Remember, we don’t want sessions lost, so be wise if you so choose this option.

Which option is best for me?
A recommendation will be made after your assessment, but it is ultimately your decision to make. Just understand what you want, and the time frame you are asking it to happen in. As you develop, or as requirements of your time change, I will happily transition you to a different program. What you start with is not what you are tied to.
