    Each option receives access to our application. Depending on what frequency you need, you will be supplied with a program with everything you need based in the app! You will be taught on how to use the app in the first couple of sessions (yes, it takes a couple of uses to figure out the features).

    Tune Up: 3 1.5 hour sessions / $600 (6 months to complete sessions), or 6 1.5 hour sessions / $1200 (1 year to complete sessions). Full program buildout for determined length of time. Every Session: Goal check and reset, 2 segments of assessment, review and progression or regression of program, and a biomechanics review to check for efficient movement and power leaks.

    Quick Fix: 6 1-1.25 hour sessions / 2 months to complete sessions / $690. The intention of this program is to correct your major physical deficiencies, and improving upon biomechanics to correct in-efficient movement patterns and power leaks in the swing. The first session will be a player performance assessment and biomechanics analysis to figure out current physical abilities, and plan for future physical improvements. Second session will address strategies to combat the top physical deficiencies via modalities, soft tissue work, stability exercises, and movement corrections. Third session will be a check of the first, adding in warmups for sport, and weekly or monthly personal tests you can do for preparedness of body for sport, and how to “up-regulate” yourself if your tests are low. Sessions from here cover your training protocols: lifting days, recovery days, days off, sport performance/movement sessions, contacting me with questions, how to record personal tests, and how to use the training app you will be provided with. The last session will be an outgoing physical performance assessment to confirm physical improvements, and the qualities a new program should address.

    Standard Player Development: 12 1 hour sessions / 3 months to complete sessions / $1140. The intention of this package of this program is to correct minor to moderate physical deficiencies, and improve upon biomechanics and physical qualities in order to create the golf swing and shots you desire! The first session will be a player performance assessment and biomechanics analysis to figure out current physical abilities, and plan for future physical improvements. Second session will address strategies to combat the top physical deficiencies via modalities, soft tissue work, stability exercises, and movement corrections. Third session will be a check of the second, adding in warmups for sport, and weekly  tests you can do for preparedness of body for sport, and how to “up-regulate” yourself if your tests are low. Sessions from here cover your training protocols: lifting days, recovery days, days off, sport performance/movement sessions, contacting me with questions, how to record personal tests, and how to use the training app you will be provided with. Access to the gym to complete program activities on your non supervised sessions is provided (during office hours). You can bring 1 or 2 friends to an in person session / month to let them in on the experience!

    Overhaul: 24 sessions / 6 months to complete sessions / $2000. The intention of this package correcting major physical deficiencies, and building up efficient biomechanics and effective physical qualities over the long term. The first session will be a player performance assessment to figure out current physical abilities, and plan for future physical improvements. Sessions 2-4 will address strategies to combat the top physical deficiencies via modalities, soft tissue work, stability exercises, and movement corrections. Sessions 5-7 will be for improving biomechanics, implementing daily movement pattern drills, adding in warmups for sport, and weekly personal tests you can do for preparedness of body for sport, and how to “up-regulate” yourself if your tests are low. Sessions from here cover your training protocols: lifting days, recovery days, days off, sport performance/movement sessions, progressions and regressions, contacting me with questions, how to record personal tests, and how to use the training app you will be provided with. There will be assessments every 2 months in this program. Access to the gym to complete program activities on your non supervised sessions is provided (during office hours) You can bring 1 or 2 friends to an in person session / month to let them in on the experience!

    Our group of 6 programs runs all year long, and are individually tailor to specific age ranges and training skills. You can either jump in one of the groups at Elevate Golf Performance Center, or join us online for $50/month! We look forward to training you soon!
