    Persoanlized in person training programs: Charlotte, NC area

    Each option receives access to our application. Depending on what frequency you need, you will be supplied with a program with everything you need based in the app! You will be taught on how to use the app in the first couple of sessions (yes, it takes a couple of uses to figure out the features).

    Let us know what you need

    1x/month: Sessions will take 1.5-2 hours. I write the program for you to follow based on the assessment, and everything is performed by you! We will cover everything prescribed. Usually for people with busy schedules, but the ability and confidence to work on their own.

    8 sessions/month: Sessions are 1 hour whether in person or virtual. Usually for the fitness enthusiast that likes to have someone there in person to keep an eye on them and provide work to do on their own time, or an athlete out of season.

    12 sessions/month: Sessions are 1 hour whether in person or virtual. Only for someone that only wants to workout with a coach (needs the accountability or not comfortable working out on their own), someone rehabbing an injury or surgery, or a high level athlete.

    The first program is free, and there are 10 different progressions/levels of each program (each subsequent program is $1/day. They range in variance from 4 weeks - 12 weeks, so please pay attention to that!)
