Day 3 is checking day 2 info, and learning how to stabilize joints for your specific needs (daily function or sport specific performance. 1-1.5 hours). 3.5-5 hours in total! How did you formulate the assessment?

I’ve learned from the best over the years, and have taken bits and pieces to form what I think is the best assessment I can provide. It combines ideas from TPI, FMS, NSCA, and some of the great coaching minds in my industry. Some of it is my own brain child from watching performances over the years and wondering “how do I test for that so I can make the results better.”

A professional can only give you the knowledge and tools. You have to take that and turn it into your own results.
